Kathmandu: The government has appointed Sangita Singh, Kushendra Bahadur Mahat, Shiva Raj Adhikari, and Arnico Kumar Panday as members of the National Planning Commission.
This decision was made during a Council of Ministers meeting, according to Minister for Communications and Information Technology Rekha Sharma.
Adhikari heads the Economics Department at Tribhuvan University, while Panday is associated with the Rastriya Swatantra Party. Also, Chudamani Paudel has been promoted to a vacant secretary position in a special administrative service category.
