Kathmandu: Urmila Aryal, the Vice Chairperson of the National Assembly, has tendered her resignation from the position. Aryal submitted her resignation letter to NA Chair Narayan Prasad Dahal on Thursday.
Aryal was elected as the Vice-chair of the National Assembly on February 6, 2023.
In her resignation letter, she mentioned that she had diligently fulfilled her duties during her tenure and expressed gratitude to everyone who supported her. Aryal was elected as a member of the National Assembly representing the CPN (Maoist Centre).
