KATHMANDU: The Madhav Nepal faction of CPN-UML has formed a parallel committee in eight districts of Sudurpaschim Province.
Eight out of nine district committees were formed in presence of leader Bhim Rawal. Parallel committees have been formed in other districts of the Province except Darchula.
The faction has assigned Rawal as the party’s In-charge for the province.
