Kathmandu: National cricket team member Sandeep Lamichhane has launched a campaign for prevention, control of Covid-19, and treatment of the infected.
He started the campaign ‘Team Sandeep’ on Monday by opening an account at Century Commercial Bank and depositing Rs 300,000 in cash.
Sandeep said that he launched the campaign in a fight against the pandemic, adding the pandemic should be tacked through mutual harmony and cooperation.
“We can definitely win this battle with our unity, determination, positive thinking, mutual harmony, and cooperation,” said Sandeep.
