Kathmandu: The Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse) index went up by 3.07 points on Monday to reach an all-time high of 2,823.06 points.
Likewise, the Sensitive Index that measures the performance of big companies, increased by 1.31 points to close at 508.49 points. The stock market also set a daily turnover record with Rs 13.17 billion turnover with 27,140,202 shares of 216 companies traded 136,499 times.
The non-life insurance sub-index increased the most by 196.64 points as hydropower went up by 5.2 points and banking by 4.08 points.
