Kathmandu: A Covid-19 vaccination drive for China-gifted vaccines targeting a chunk of the population belonging to the 60-64 years of age started on Tuesday.
The Ministry of Health and Population has stated that senior citizens would be administered the vaccine only after ensuring the booster dose of it.
The number of population from 60-64 years of age eligible for the vaccine is around 800,000. The Ministry has requested for carrying an official document either the citizenship or any document revealing age or a recommendation letter given by the respective ward offices while going for vaccination.
