CCMC decides to procure four million Covid-19 vaccines from China

Kathmandu: The government has started preparations to import four million Covid-19 vaccines from China.

A Steering Committee meeting of the Covid-19 Crisis Management Center (CCMC) held on Wednesday decided to start the process of procuring vaccines from mid-July.

Mentioning that vaccination is the most important and essential for Covid-19 control, Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli said that preparations were underway to import vaccines.

Prime Minister Oli said that the shortage of vaccines will be gradually solved as efforts are being made to import them from other countries besides China.
