HHRD provides medical supplies worth Rs 10 million to hospitals in Jhapa

Kathmandu: The Nepal-based office of Helping Hand for Relief and Development (HHRD) has donated medical supplies and equipment worth Rs 10 million to three different hospitals in Jhapa.

HHRD, that has been working in humanitarian and development sectors, provided medical supplies and equipment to Mechi Hospital, Kankai Nagar Hospital, and Sanischare Hospital recently.

HHRD Program Manager Jiba Prasad Pokharel handed over the medical kits to concerned hospitals. It also distributed medical kits worth Rs 40 million to hospitals based in Siraha, Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Kapilvastu, Kalikot and Dolakha.

“The medical supplies and equipment were provided with a motive that patients visiting the hospitals get proper medical services,” said Pokharel.
