Rotary Club of Lalitpur Mid-Town donates health supplies to Ayurveda Teaching Hospital

Kathmandu: Rotary Club of Lalitpur Mid-Town has donated medical supplies including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to Ayurveda Teaching Hospital, Kirtipur in support of the hospital’s response to Covid-19. 

The handover of essential supplies worth Rs 300,000 took place in the presence of officials of hospital and the club members.

The protective equipment to keep healthcare workers safe includes three-layered PPEs, surgical masks, surgical gloves, N95 masks, surgical gown and house gloves.

Rotary Club is extremely grateful to the healthcare professions who have worked so hard to keep their patients safe and protected, it said in a statement.

“We are proud to contribute these essential supplies to help ensure that they are protected while they do their job,” said Rajesh Khadka, President, Rotary Club of Lalitpur Mid-Town.
