Kathmandu: The closed training camp of the Nepali cricket team scheduled for coming Tuesday has been postponed.

According to the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN), the decision regarding the postponement of the closed training camp was taken as the trilateral one-day series between Nepal, Scotland, and Namibia scheduled to be held next month in Spain was adjourned.

A total of 19 cricketers were selected for the closed training camp.

However, the CAN said that general training would continue though the closed training camp was put off. Considering such intense training, the main instructor had recently arrived in Nepal from Sri Lanka.

A total of 19 cricketers were selected for the closed training camp.

Those Nepali cricketers selected for the closed camp include Gyanendra Malla, Kushal Bhurtel, Arif Shekha, Paras Khadka, Dipendra Singh Yeri, Kushal Malla, Binod Bhandari, Karan KC, Sandip Lamichhane, Sompal Kami, Kamal Singh Yeri, Abinash Bohara, Sandip Jora, Sahab Alam, Sushan Bhari, Sharad Bheshwakar, Bikram Shob and Pawan Saraf.
