Kathmandu: The CPN-UML has summoned a Standing Committee meeting of the party on Sunday.

UML Central Office Secretary Sher Bahadur Tamang said that the meeting has been called for 11 am on Sunday at Tulsilal Memorial Foundation at Chyasal, Lalitpur.

A Standing Committee meeting of the party held on Friday had dissolved the Dispute Resolution Task Force after approving the 10-point agreement forged by the task force.

The meeting had decided to not give a vote of confidence to Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba and had directed all members representing the party in the House of Representatives to follow the party’s decision for not granting the vote of trust.
