Covid-19: Nepal records 3,651 new cases and 22 deaths in the last 24 hours

Kathmandu: A total of 3,651 new cases of Covid-19 were recorded in the past 24 hours in the country. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the new cases were identified from 10,445 RT-PCR and 6,149 antigen tests.

With the new cases, the Covid-19 tally has reached 717,486 (in PCR tests) in the country as of Monday. Similarly, the Ministry confirmed that 1,784 patients have recovered from the virus in the last 24 hours. With this, the total number of recovered patients has reached 671,083 so far.

According to the Ministry, a total of 22 Covid-19 patients died in the last 24 hours across the country.

The Ministry stated that the total deaths from coronavirus infection reached 10,115. The Ministry has further shared that there are 36,288 active cases of coronavirus across the country.
