Kathmandu: CPN (Maoist Center) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal alias Prachanda has presented a political and organizational dossier at the Central Committee meeting of the party mentioning to resolve issues related to Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) and border dispute with India through diplomatic dialogues.

“Efforts will be made to resolve the issues of MCC, Lipulekh, Kalapani and Limpiyadhura through diplomatic dialogue in accordance with the party’s declared policy,” reads the dossier.

Prachanda’s report states that the decision to unite with UML to form Nepal Communist Party (NCP) was right. It has been accused that the party got dissolved due to KP Sharma Oli.

“NCP got dissolved due arrogance, greed for power and opportunism of KP Oli and his faction,” said Prachanda in the report.
