Kathmandu: The Ministry of Health and Population on Thursday said it recorded 545 new Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours.
The new cases were confirmed from 8,549 tests including 6,586 RT-PCR and 1,963 antigen tests. The Covid-19 caseload has reached 807,522 in PCR and 93,771 in antigen tests.
Likewise, 726 people recovered from the pandemic in the last 24 hours. The recovery rate has now improved to 97.2 percent.
A total of eight people succumbed to Covid-19 in the last 24 hours, taking the Covid-19 death toll to 11,326.
