Kathmandu: A total of two people succumbed to Covid-19 in the past 24 hours, taking the death toll to 11,438 as of Friday, according to the Ministry of Health and Population. The fatality rate is at 1.4 percent.
Similarly, 183 new Covid-19 cases were detected in the past 24 hours. The new cases were confirmed through the 4,844 samples tested during the same period, said the Ministry.
Likewise, 649 people recovered in a day which puts the recovered cases to 794,438 so far. The recovery rate stands at 97.6 percent.
