Covid-19: Nepal records 295 new cases and two deaths in the last 24 hours

Kathmandu: The Ministry of Health and Population on Saturday said it recorded 295 new Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours. With the new cases, the Covid-19 caseload has reached 816,675 in PCR tests and 95,072 in antigen tests.

Likewise, 478 people recovered from the pandemic, taking total recoveries to 797,926. The recovery rate stands at 97.7 percent.

A total of two Covid-19 patients succumbed to the pandemic. The death toll has reached 11,471.

The Health Ministry said 34,716 people got vaccinated in the last 24 hours.
