Sindhupalchok: Three minors were killed when a fire broke out at Jhankritol of Sursingh village in Helambu Rural Municipality-7. The casualties occurred as fire gutted the cowshed of local Sancha Tamang.
Those killed in the incident are six-year-old Manoj Tamang, five-year-old Manish Tamang, and five-year-old Dil Bahadur Tamang of the same village, Deputy Superintendent of Police of Sindhupalchok, Dakshya Kumar Basnet said.
According to the police, the incident took place when fire caught the dry maize and millet stalks kept inside the one-storied shed made of stone and mud with tin roof.
