Tanahun: A youth died in a shooting incident that occurred at Thaprek of Shuklagandaki Municipality-1 in Tanahun district last night. The deceased is Rohit Malla, 17, of the same area, the District Police Office, Tanahun said.
Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Yubraj Khadka said that Malla died on the spot in the firing opened by a man. Police have arrested Sun Bahadur Gurung, 47, along with a gun after the incident. Malla and Gurung are neighbors, it is said.
DSP Khadka said that further investigations into the case are underway.
