Kathmandu: The meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) scheduled for today afternoon has been postponed at the request of the CPN (Maoist Center).
The HoR meeting was called for 1 pm today.
The Maoist Center is preparing to form a central committee today. The party had requested Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota to postpone the meeting as the party’s eighth general convention was underway.
According to the Federal Parliament Secretariat, the next meeting is slated for January 6.
