As the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC)’s $ 500 million Nepal Compact was being tabled in the parliament on Sunday, New Baneshwor area remained tense.
Outside the parliament building, protestors shouting slogans against the US grant staged protests in the areas declared as prohibited zones.
