Kathmandu: Jagdamba Steels has recently launched Galva Plus and Super Shine in the Nepali market.
The company has recently started production by setting up a new manufacturing plant in Simara.
Jagdamba Steels said it is the largest steel rod manufacturing company in Nepal under the prestigious construction group Shankar Group, with an annual production capacity of 3,000 metric tons, a rolling mill (TMT) capacity.
It is also the first company in Nepal to produce TMT bars using slit rolling technology, the company claimed.
The gross production capacity of Galva Plus, and Super Shine are 132,000 tons per annum (0.35 / 1250), and 110,000 tons per annum (0.35/1250), respectively.
