Kathmandu: Weightlifter and gold medal winner of 13th South Asin Games Sanju Chaudhary has been found dead on Tuesday morning in an apparent suicide.
Chairman of Nepal Weightlifting Association Ram Krishna Shrestha said that Chaudhary was found dead in the house of weightlifting coach Sanjay Maharjan.
She was preparing for the 19th Asian Games and was living in Maharjan’s house in Lubhu for the past few days. Sanju had come to Kathmandu for a closed-door training.
