Announcing the party amid a press conference in the Capital on Tuesday, Gautam said that the main responsibility of the party is to bring the dissolved party Nepal Communist Party back to life. The party aims to forge an alliance among CPN-UML, CPN (Maoist Center) and CPN (Unified Socialist) before the upcoming federal and provincial polls if the parties failed to reunite.
