Jamshed Nadap of Mahottari wins Nishan Sunny Car in Saudi Arabia

Kathmandu: Jamshed Nadap, 35, a resident of Mahottari district, currently working in Saudi Arabia, won Nissan Sunny car under the “Nepal Paisa Pathaunuhos Ra Purashkar Jitnuhos” scheme–jointly organized by City Express Money Transfer and Saudi Arabia-based TeleMoney Bank.

Nepalis sending money to Nepal through TeleMoney Bank got a chance to participate in the scheme, according to City Express. The scheme, according to City Express, lasted for six months. It started in November last year.

Nadap was handed over the Nissan Sunny car–the bumper prize of the offer–amid a ceremony held in Saudi Arabia. Nadap has been working in Saudi Arabia for the last six years.

The bumper prize was handed over to Nadap by Dilip Kumar Paudel, deputy chief of mission of Nepali Embassy, Chandra Tandon, Managing Director of City Express, Basem B Madda, head of TeleMoney Centers, Abdulelah A. Bin Twalah, sales manager of TeleMoney, and Jitendra Thapaliya, remittance manager at TeleMoney, among other representatives from both the companies.

Under the offer, 15 lucky winners also got Samsung phones, three winners got 10 grams gold, three won 500 Saudi Riyal, and three won iPhone 13 Pro max.
