Nepali Congress candidate takes lead in Dhading-2 vote count

Kathmandu: Nepali Congress candidate Ramnath Adhikari has taken the lead in constituency-2 of the district by 450 votes.

According to the preliminary vote results so far, he has secured 2,961 votes while his nearest competitor Khem Prasad Lohani of CPN (UML) has garnered 2,566 votes.

Vote counting is underway in the constituency with 6,400 votes counted so far.
