PM Deuba condoles death of former Chinese president Jiang Zemin

In his message of condolence Deuba has described Jiang as a great friend and well wisher of Nepal.

Kathmandu: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has expressed condolence on passing of Jiang Zemin, former president of China. Jiang Zemin died on Wednesday. He was 96.

In his message of condolence Deuba has described Jiang as “a great friend and well wisher of Nepal.”  “I am deeply saddened by the passing away of former president of the People’s Republic of China Mr Jiang Zemin,” Deuba wrote on Twitter.

“He was a great friend and well wisher of Nepal. I would like to express my deepest condolences to the Government and the people of China and the bereaved family members,” Deuba has further written.
