Kathmandu: The impacts of westerly winds in the country may cause partial to normal changes in the weather in some areas today afternoon, according to the Weather Forecasting Division of the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology.
Light rain, accompanied by wind and thunder, is expected in some places of the country, with snowfall expected in some parts of the high hills and mountainous regions. Currently, the weather in the Gandaki, Karnali, Lumbini, and Sudurpaschim provinces is cloudy, while the rest of the areas in the country are clear. Later today, there is a possibility of sporadic rain in the Kathmandu Valley.
