According to the petition, the Kathmandu Metropolitan City can not move away from its responsibility and stop collecting waste. The petition has made Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal and the Council of Ministers defendants.

It has been more than 10 days since the Kathmandu Metropolitan City stopped collecting waste from Singha Durbar, President Office, and Minister’s residences.
