Kathmandu: The embassy of Nepal in Washington DC has said that it will start introducing Electronic Travel Authorization instead of handwritten visas from August 21. However, handwritten visas will be issued to the applicants whose applications have been received before August 21, according to the embassy. “All the other requirements and processes, including submission of physical passports to obtain Nepal visa remains the same,” the embassy has mentioned in its statement on Thursday.
