Kathmandu: HCRC hospital at Charbahiniroad, Nepalgunj, recently joined Cogent Health’s e-Appointment platform integrated with eSewa.
With the online appointment platform, registration and appointment with the doctor are made simpler, eSewa and Cogent Health said in a joint press release.
It is easy to book the date of appointment with the doctor from within the eSewa mobile wallet app and to make instant payments digitally, reads the release.
With the appointment system, there will be a better organization of time for staff and patients, better follow-up for regular patients, fewer queues, and less waiting time which also reduces the associated risks posed by the current Covid-19 pandemic at hospitals and healthcare institutions, according to the press release.
