Latest vote counting update of Chitawan

Kathmandu: The vote counting of Chitawan constituency 2 is likely to begin tomorrow. 

The constituency has been in the talk after Rabi Lamichhane, a journalist-turned-politician, declared his candidacy.

Rabi Lamichhane from Rashtriya Swatantra Party, Krishnabhakta Pokharel from UML and  Umesh Shrestha from Nepali Congress are in the tripartite race in the constituency.

The Election Commission has not yet conducted all parties’ meetings to decide the vote counting process. It is likely that the counting will begin tomorrow, a member of Rashtriya Swatantra Party told Nepal Live Today.
